Tim Pawlenty was a two-term governor of Minnesota and is one of the leading voices in the Republican party. Since his election in 2002, he has used innovative and conservative leadership to balance Minnesota’s budget, cut spending, reform health care and improve schools without raising taxes. Due to his leadership, Minnesota has nation-leading health care, the highest school test scores and a leading economy. In his presentations, he addresses our current political climate — including healthcare reform, taxes, education, the economy and the deficit — and what is next for the GOP.
