Jake joined CVS Health in November 2014 and has held several roles of increasing responsibility – he is now the Vice President of Merchandising for Consumer Health & Wellness. Prior to his current role, Jake was the VP of Centers of Excellence in category strategy, assortment, pricing and merchandising analytics. Prior to joining CVS, Jake worked in management consulting for Monitor Deloitte in their Retail Strategy practice, advising top retailers across mass, department store, and grocery channels on digital customer experience & conversion, supply chain optimization, merchandising strategy, pharmacy filling systems, and store operations efficiency. Jake received his undergraduate degree from Bates College with a major in Mathematics/minor in Economics and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management focusing on General Management with a certificate in Sustainability. He lives in Maine with his wife Jackie, son Max (7) and daughter Avery (5). He enjoys cooking, skiing and mountain biking with his friends and family.
